Do you need support or training to implement Te Aorerekura? RISE can help.
RISE can support organisations wanting to support and implement Te Aorerekura - the National Strategy and Action Plan to Eliminate Family Violence and Sexual Violence.
Te Aorerekura sets out a new collective path for government, tangata whenua, specialist sectors, and communities to eliminate family violence and sexual violence.
One part of this plan focuses on the capability of organisations and workers to respond to family violence in Aotearoa New Zealand, this is called the Entry to Expert (E2E) framework. E2E focuses on the skills and knowledge people need to respond and work effectively with people impacted by family violence and/or who use violence.
RISE offers support and training to workers and organisations that wish to enhance their practice in line with Te Aorerekura and the Entry to Expert framework. This might include government or non-government agencies that interact with their community, such as housing providers, parenting support agencies, health providers, social service providers, human resource departments or similar entities.
Addressing family violence and sexual violence will significantly improve the wellbeing of all people in Aotearoa New Zealand.
